. . . but the designs for these projects are confidential.
One common thread for the projects listed below is that design & development go hand-in-hand. These design solutions were created with extensive, first-hand knowledge of how terrible it is to get designs from a designer who doesn’t know the capabilities of CSS or any other programming framework.
Projects for clients included:
- Entirely custom UI and UX design overhaul to modernize and digitize business deposit account openings at a (very) large banking client. Required extensive customization of an existing system to accommodate business and user needs.
- Rapid wireframing, designing, and prototyping for a data aggregation platform. Conducted comprehensive competitor analysis and identified shortcomings. Wireframes and prototypes built in Figma to showcase UX to stakeholders.
- Modernized 8-year old designs for a financial institution, first built by client’s software development team. Brought consistency and brand cohesion to the entirety of their marketing site, and served as client-facing lead for implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Audited and made design recommendations to improve ease of use in a GIS utility application. This included designing changes to data visualizations, making it easier for staff to identify and complete work items, access the correct forms, and resolve customer issues.
- Conducted internal accessibility audits under WCAG guidelines on behalf of client to ensure website meets modern accessibility standards.
